maxment® Profiles & Plans enables simple and consistent processes in order to determine the training needs of your people in a systematic fashion, to design individual development plans and to support the transfer of learning consistently.

maxment® Profiles & Plans makes sure that

  • the competence levels of the employees can be tracked and the competence development supported, e.g. based on an analysis of the actual-vs.-target differences
  • the employee appraisals are pre-structured and can be conducted very efficiently and effectively, optionally using automatically generated course suggestions
  • every training is derived from a concrete development plan.

Thanks to the flexible configurability of maxment®, any process can be mapped in line with your conception.

A possible use case starts with the employee and the supervisor, respectively, assessing the employee’s current competencies (self-assessment vs. assessment by the supervisor) in preparation of the appraisal discussion, and both then, in the appraisal discussion, agree on the development goals and appropriate development actions based on this information.
